Dusters staff.

Our carefully selected and highly trained staff are fully employed by Dusters, giving our customers complete peace of mind that their homes are in the hands of professional cleaners, dedicated to the highest standards of cleaning and customer service.

Cleaning your home.

You do not need to worry about supplying cleaning materials and equipment – we bring everything required to carry out a thorough, professional clean.

Our cleaners will arrive at your home in teams of three, wearing Dusters distinct uniforms and in Dusters vehicles. Working in a coordinated and efficient fashion, our cleaning teams will clean your home to an exceptional standard in the shortest time possible. Before leaving, all work is checked by a Team Supervisor.

Security.

You can rest assured that we take security seriously. To this end, Dusters has full public liability insurance and operates a secure coding system to safely look after your keys, should you require us to clean your house while you are out.

Payment.

Payment is due on the day of our visit by cash, cheque or faster payments bank transfer. We also offer a monthly account payment method for regular service customers.

Changes and cancellations.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please give us five working days notice, otherwise a cancellation charge may be levied.
