Our staff are carefully selected and fully trained, and will arrive at your home in our distinctive vehicles wearing uniforms. We have full public liability insurance. We use all our own cleaning materials and equipment and our teams work in a co-ordinated fashion ensuring maximum efficiency and cleanliness. All our work is checked by the Supervisor.

We can look after your house keys and a coding system is used to ensure security should you require us to visit your house whilst you are out.

You are requested to leave payment on the day of our visit, or pay our Team Supervisor upon completion. We also operate a monthly account system.

Once a booking is made we require 2 working days of cancellation or change of appointment, otherwise a cancellation charge will be levied.

A full copy of our Terms and Conditions of Business is given once a booking is made.
